Seeking Mortgage Loan Processor who has experience with Encompass.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
Hands-on experience with Ellie Mae’s Encompass (required)
Ability to work independently on files from application through CTC
Strong knowledge of lender portals, conditions, and document stacking
Excellent borrower and third-party follow-up skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Broker environment experience (not just retail)
Reviewing credit, income, assets, and title/insurance
Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, investor, DSCR, bridge, rehab, or jumbo loans
Lender portal experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process residential mortgage loans in Ellie Mae Encompass
Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
Order and track third-party items (title, insurance, appraisals as needed)
Upload and manage conditions in lender portals
Communicate with borrowers, LO, and third parties to clear conditions
Maintain clean, audit-ready files through clear-to-close
